Sit back and grab a cup of tea. I’m Zanie, a creative artist in a small city. I love painting, I live for music and I adore wildlife. Besides those things, I am also writing my first novel and losing sleep while creating a music album :)

I’m a tried and true night owl, but when I can drag myself out of bed I love to watch the sunrise. I have a dog and two cats, and right now I am absolutely not going crazy working 2 jobs while aimlessly working on my art and everything in between.

it’s middle of january and still barely any snow. i wrote a song yesterday, spent most of today writing and stayed up way too late the other night reading kafka on the shore by haruki murakami. suchhhh a good read so far, but i’m only just past meeting the black cat 🐈‍⬛ ☽☆♡︎

I’m thankful this year for the moon and the stars, the ocean waves and the falling snow. I’m thankful for the trials I’ve faced this year and how they have shown me which strengths I need to nurture. I’m most thankful for my loved ones and wish to shower them every day with all the love the world has to give ❤️
